This 45 minute full body work out moves you through three discrete workout zones – Cardio, Strength and Combat – where you will find equipment that challenges you in each discipline. This class delivers a one stop shop for your whole body with a programme that changes daily to focus on different muscle groups. A super-charged class that will really put you through your paces.
